In some ways it’s like all the Realtor sites you’ve ever seen loaded with shameless self promotion, but hopefully it’s also a tool to help in your home search, stewardship, or sale!

In the search category, I don’t believe in re-inventing the wheel so for the internet search function, my site simply links you back to my company web site which has a search engine linking you to all of the area listings. Searching for a home however is not something I’ve ever believed could be done exclusively on-line. The internet is a good tool of course, but house hunting still must involve a great deal of hands on work, market experience and a personal touch. Every person’s objective in home ownership is unique and I believe that working one-on-one with a realtor who believes in connecting with those objectives is paramount.

In the stewardship arena I’ve assembled a list of competent caretakers for virtually every aspect of home care and I readily share that list with you here.

Finally in selling a home, it comes down to service. Quite frankly, anyone can list your home, that’s the easy part. Taking care of you through the process, giving you the advice you need, the contacts you need and having the experience to get a deal from contract to closing no matter what obstacles come up, that’s the challenge. Our company motto is “we don’t just list houses, we sell them” and that makes all the difference!
